Seeing us struggling Nicole brought us to see a 4th property which, incredibly combined the key attributes we loved about the other properties. While we were experiencing the excitement of viewing these beautiful houses and the agony of making a decision, Nicole shrewdly read our reactions and responded almost in real-time to hone in on the home that was perfect for us. Impressively this was not an ordeal that took weeks or even days, we met Nicole after lunch at her office on Las Olas Blvd, and by 5 pm that day our time was well spent and we had enough info and decided on the 4th property. That said, as impressive as that afternoon was, we only had another 3 days left in Fort Lauderdale before returning to Hong Kong, so we needed to make an offer and secure a mortgage approval while still wanting to enjoy the beaches and visit the Florida Keys, By the time we left Florida, Nicole completed 3 rounds of negotiations resulting in an offer that was accepted, and helped us secured a montage approval so we were in business. However as we thought more about the next steps, inspection, insurance, mortgage paperwork, closing, etc, it seemed almost impossible to accomplish all those tasks remotely from Hong Kong, but Nicole calmly reassured us that she’d handle stuff locally and keep us informed. After 6 weeks of What’s Up chats and FaceTime, we closed on our new home. It’s Dec 6th as I writing this review and I’m on a flight back to Hong Kong as I spent the last 3 days in our new home in Fort Lauderdale, It was a wonderful and exciting experience working with Nicole. Her knowledge, stewardship, and dedication were absolutely phenomenal so I wholeheartedly recommend her expertise and professionalism for an awesome and successful home-buying experience.
